Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the digital nature of The Positioning Blueprint. Because each tier delivers a personalized digital assessment and report, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and results have been generated.

Exceptions may be granted at Sigma Elysian LLC's discretion in cases including: duplicate purchases, technical failure preventing access to purchased content, purchase of the wrong tier by mistake, a billing error, or failure to deliver your report. To request an exception, contact sigmaelysian@inspirecreatives.org within 14 days of purchase with your order details.
