  1. 1. Who we are. The Positioning Blueprint is a product of Sigma Elysian LLC ("Sigma Elysian," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of the assessment, reports, and related services (the "Service").
  2. 2. Nature of the Service. The Positioning Blueprint is an educational and developmental tool. It describes current behavioral tendencies, not fixed identity, and is not a diagnostic, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or employment instrument. Nothing in your results constitutes professional advice. Results are for personal reflection only.
  3. 3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Service. One account per person; accounts may not be shared or resold.
  4. 4. Purchases and tiers. The Service is offered in tiers (Core Assessment, Intelligence Report, Guided Repositioning System) at the prices displayed at time of purchase. Purchasing a tier grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that tier's content for your own use. See our Refund Policy for exceptions to our all-sales-final stance.
  5. 5. Intellectual property. The assessment questions, scoring methodology, dimension model, interpretive content, and all reports generated are the property of Sigma Elysian LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute this content.
  6. 6. No guaranteed outcomes. Sigma Elysian makes no guarantee that use of the Service will produce any specific personal, professional, or relational outcome.
  7. 7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma Elysian LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  8. 8. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, fraud, or abuse of the Service.
  9. 9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
